Thank you for shopping with Jesus Riot Apparel! Because all items are custom printed and made to order just for you, we handle returns and replacements according to the guidelines below.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a noticeable print error, we will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

 Reporting Window: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.

 How to Submit a Claim: Email us at help@jesusriotapparel.com with:

1. Your order number

2. A clear photograph showing the defect, damage, or misprint

3. A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will immediately initiate a replacement reprint or issue a refund back to your original payment method.

Sizing & Buyer’s Remorse

Because every product is manufactured on demand once an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, buyer’s remorse, or color preferences.

 Please consult the detailed size charts available on each product page before completing your order.

Incorrect Address & Lost Packages

 Wrong Address: If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout, the package may be returned to our production facility or discarded by the courier. We cannot offer refunds for orders misdelivered due to an incorrect customer address. Reshipping fees will apply.

 Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no movement or the estimated delivery window has passed by more than 7 business days, contact us so we can investigate and arrange a replacement if deemed lost.

Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please email us at help@jesusriotapparel.com within 1 hour of purchase. Once production has started, an order cannot be canceled or modified.
